Buckeye Education Foundation Goals

I. To Promote Student Development

• Extend and expand opportunities for learning
• Provide resources for enrichment activities beyond the normal school day
• Provide resources for unique learning needs-those that are not normally associated with the responsibility of the district

II. To Encourage Employee Creativity and Excellence

• Provide resources to motivate and encourage employees to innovate and create in teaching and learning
• Support unique opportunities for employees to grow and improve
• Support unique initiatives for the enhancement of organizational climate

III. To Develop School, Business and Community Partnerships

• Promote community awareness about the Foundation and educational programs of the School District
• Provide an organization to facilitate cooperative ventures between the Foundation, community organizations, businesses and industry
• Promote cooperative ventures throughout the Buckeye Local Schools and community

IV. To Promote the School District as a Center for Community Learning
